Kylie began her radio career at 2BBBfm in Bellingen in 1983, hosting her own music programs and producing and presenting the local news. Since then, Kylie has worked briefly at Triple J, producing on-air material, reading the news and recording the “Ashley Mallet’s Weather” jingle for Roy and HG’s South Coast Ulladulla News for the iconic 'This Sporting Life' program.

She worked with ABC’s Simon Marnie when Sydney’s FBi was test broadcasting, interviewing artists and building the station’s music library.

Media & Entertainment: Community Radio Network Broadcaster and producer with the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia.

Good Morning Country, JJJfm, 2CHYfm, FBIfm, 2BBBfm and Radio Northern Beaches. 

​

Kylie produced and presented a country show on Radio Northern Beaches and completed a voice-over course with the Australian Film and Television School before moving to the CBAA to present the nationwide Country Folk Around Australia program.

After two and a half years of hosting CFAA, Kylie presented the national Thursday edition of Good Morning Country on the Community Radio Network for four years.
